📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide level 1 IT support to employees and clients, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and incidents for future reference.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
  • Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
