📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.,Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertising campaigns.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
