📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.Basic scripting skills (e.g.PowerShellPython) are a plus.
