📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of elevators across Bali
• Coordinate with a team of skilled technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Conduct routine inspections and emergency repairs to ensure elevator safety and functionality
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze elevator performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued high quality of our services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair
• Certification as an Elevator Technician (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, including hydraulic, traction, and machine room equipment
• Proficient in using elevator maintenance software, such as Elevator Maintenance Management System (EMMS)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards, including ASME A17.1/CSA B44 and ISO 4190-1
