Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the facility is maintained in a safe and efficient manner.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.,Ability to travel as needed.
