📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential property listings through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough market research to ensure listings meet our standards and market requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, and provide detailed reports on each property.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, sellers, and other industry professionals.
  • Coordinate with our listing agents to secure high-quality properties and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and real estate regulations to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and sellers throughout the listing process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
