📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
