📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure production standards are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
