CV Sinergi Firdaus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Telesales to join our team in Surabaya. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build and maintain customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the sales process by answering customer inquiries and providing product information.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and other sales-related documents.,Supporting the telesales team in achieving sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Assisting in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Supporting the telesales manager in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or customer service role.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
