📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement branch-specific strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.,Supervise and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Represent the company at branch events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
