📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage social media content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms.
  • Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
