📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' homes to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements
• Update client records and payment status using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure cooperation in debt recovery
• Follow up on unpaid debts and provide regular updates to the collection team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and professional debt recovery
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and queries
• Attend training sessions and certifications to enhance your skills in debt recovery
• Report on daily activities and achievements to the collection team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery or a related field
• Proven track record of successful debt collection and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali
