📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company policies and applicable laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Understanding of company culture and values.
