📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals.,Coordinate and supervise the work of departmental staff.,Monitor departmental performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage departmental budget and resources.,Foster a positive and productive work environment.,Provide training and development opportunities for team members.,Report to senior management on departmental performance and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
