PT Akasia Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable).,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as ATS, SAP, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
