Quick Root Pratama is looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be involved in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and maintain technical specifications for mechanical systems and components.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other aspects of the project.,Provide technical guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record in project management.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.,Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
