Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and credibility.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and industry news.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.,Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a financial services or related industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
