Learning Development - Immediate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create customized solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.
• Manage the budget for training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
