📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales representatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are available for sale.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
