📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the printing and media industry is a plus.
