As a Junior Barista at Fusia Group, you’ll be the heart of our coffee operations, preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and beverages with precision and creativity. You’ll work closely with our experienced baristas to master the art of espresso, latte art, and other coffee techniques, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and beverages with attention to detail and speed.
• Master espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites, and develop your own latte art skills.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Learn and apply basic barista techniques, including grinding, brewing, and steaming milk.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and contribute to the café’s success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or café environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
