📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including preparing monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.
• Participate in financial audits and internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and skills.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the finance team in managing cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle Financialis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certification in financial accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
