As an Automotive Sales Advisor at Ingress Motors, you'll be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the entire purchasing process. You'll use our state-of-the-art sales tools, including our comprehensive vehicle inventory system and our customer relationship management software, to provide exceptional service. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with customers and drive sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Perodua vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of Perodua models.
• Process vehicle orders, including paperwork and financing arrangements.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Use sales tools such as our vehicle inventory system and CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Perodua models, features, and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with Perodua vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of Perodua vehicle models and features.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as vehicle inventory systems and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
