📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory using tools like ServiceNow and SAP.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and enforce best practices for IT asset lifecycle management.
• Track and report on IT asset performance, usage, and depreciation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper utilization and maintenance of IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset procurement and disposal.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA ITAM+, or Certified Asset Professional (CAP) are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT asset management tools like ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
