📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee station.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to interact with customers.
  • Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and professional work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
