📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and improve financial processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as required
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations
- Provide support to the finance team during peak periods
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
