📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Resolving customer complaints, escalations, and payments using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

- Collaborating with the collections team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Analyzing and reporting on collections performance and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, debt recovery, or financial compliance
- Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
