📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Organize and stock kitchen supplies and equipment
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the kitchen for daily operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for service
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or hospitality role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid food handling certificate
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
